Hi Cheryl, the best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the game. They will be able to look into your account and tell you whats happened with them. Unless they could be something else @Lynette as I am assuming its not the moves...

Hi Poppy, no its just bad timing! I have the same issue playing in the UK and the best time I have to play is at night so I end up losing out too. I would suggest that you don't leave it until last minute, but complete events earlier in the day and if you're nearly completed at night (unless it times out in between) finish…
