Not gold or progress as long as it's been saving but you will the boosters... so I'd use them first 😉

You're talking about the windows 10 app from the Microsoft store. I use that for Farm. When I get connection issues with that I can only reinstall . Nothing else works

Good afternoon, don't panic. It sounds like you aren't logged in. Were you using a facebook log in or the kingdom? Is that exactly the same log in as the old phone? You were definately connected (to Facebook or the kingdom) on your old phone? As those details will not carry over when you start personalising the new phone.

I seriously would consider removing the app and reinstalling it. In my experiance with the w10 app, there is no getting around it. It either works or doesn't and you can't do anything else but remove it. Are you logging in via Facebook or the Kingdom?

@lisamo you are having a lot of issues. When you have no boosters left, it might be an idea to uninstall the game, reboot your computer and reinstall it again. See if that works. You are using the windows 10 app aren't you? Not facebook?

Have you tried a different browser? Sorry its something Facebook broke again 😣
