Good evening @candy11 and welcome to the community. Are you playing on a device and if so have you cleared the data at some point? Boosters are saved within the device memory, so if you change devices, or clear data, they go too. Is your progress still there?

Good evening @Tiinamari Unfortunately unlike gold and level progress, boosters are only saved in your device memory so if you clear the data, you remove those too. If you paid for any of them with real money, you would need to go through to player support from within the game and they will be able to replace them.…

Personally I wouldn't buy any moves right now until its been improved. Its not stealing as players will be aware by now, but it is a waste of money.

Are you making sure you click on log in (as you already have a new account) and not trying to enter your details where you would if you were starting a new account?…

Good evening @CinderelaZwerge and welcome to the community. Do you get other King emails? Can I ask you to check your trash folder as well please as sometimes emails can get automatically deleted. In the meantime, I know we had an issue in the past with them, so I will see if I can find out any more information 🤗
