Ah we had someone else with the same issue recently! If you hit request lives, does it allow you to ask your team mates? Are you logging in with the Kingdom?

Hi @letitiab and welcome to the community. You don't lose progress or beans as long as you log in again. (Assuming your progress was saved before)

You also need to cascade crops too to get extra points on the crops to collect. That is the only way you will pass this level. Try and make the hay near the sheep and you might be able to move both sheep in one move. I am adding a video only using shovels 😉
