I think the best thing to do would be to contact player support from within your game as all the teccy info will be passed over automatically. They can then look into it 😊

When you use a tablet or a phone you check the app store for updates. Its the same with microsoft. King send an update through for the game but its not down to them to provide ways to inform you to update as it is not their app store.
