Has it ended now? I haven't had chance to play for a few weeks. And by claiming I don't mean doing something, I mean simply by clicking on accept or the variation of it that usually appears when it tells you that you completed it.

Hi Tom, did you manage to collect it once at least? It can only be claimed once, so if you did, that's why. If you didn't get the bars at all, the best thing to do would be to contact player support from the help section within your game and they can look into it for you 🤗

You can only claim it once as well, which could be the reason for the connection issue as the reward has gone. So if you completed more than once, that is why 🤗
