I was unable to connect with the kingdom. I put in my password and it said an error occurred so I requested a new password (more than 4 times) but the password was rejected each time. Hope you can help.

No - neither of those things. I have found out since that there was an issue with the memory on my ipad. My boosters were gone forever unfortunately.
