Have you tried all of the normal troubleshooting? Such as deleting the cache, making sure that your Java is up to date and as a last resort trying to load the game on another browser. I had a similar problem a few months ago and the issue was only on the PC, when I tested it with my mobile it worked. I am not having any problems anymore. I am sure it is just a temporary problem but in the meantime are you able to try it out on a mobile or tablet instead?

What model of device are you playing on? Do you have lots of memory left on the device? Make sure you have the latest version of the game installed on your tablet restart the device and try again. Hope this helps. 

The game data is linked with your Facebook account. So the best way around this is to start again but with a different Facebook account. Or re-install the game and play without being connected to Facebook at all. I hope this helps :)

No matter how many moves you do the paintbrush Booster never appears? Have you tested it on Facebook too? I have not heard of a glitch on the level. Is anyone else having the same problem? 

In Candy Crush there are only 890 levels on mobile devices at the moment but you can carrying on playing until level 905 on Facebook. To keep up to date on the new level releases add their Facebook page as they always post news on there first! https://www.facebook.com/candycrushsaga
