Hey there, very sorry to hear that - of course you should be able to get what you bought in the game. For these types of problems I recommend reaching out through the support form and make sure to include your Player ID and anything else of value like the receipt from the store you purchased from.

Hey there, I responded to the issue above here - but in short, it's an intended change in the game. Some players will get the 30 minute fish booster, and some get the x1 in their inventory. So it's good to check what boosters you have marked before playing
