Hey there, the studio is currently investigating this issue and you can follow it in this thread, right now we don't have a solution. Some players have reinstalled their game which may fix it, but please note that this will remove your boosters if you do so.

Hi there, please make a King account in the game on the device you're on - then you can download the game on your other device and log in there. This should give you the progress from your first device 👍

Hey there, this is a problem that is currently being investigated by the studio. Some have been able to resolve it by reinstalling the game, however this will remove your boosters - so if you'd like you can wait for more news and check out this thread below:
