To ensure that you get the best experience and avoid crashes, please make sure to check that you're on the latest version of the game and your device!

Hi there @frances320 and thank you for the feedback. When you lost - did you receive any errors, or are you more saying that once you got to 11 it became too difficult to win? Either way this is great for us to know so please reply more with your thoughts!

hi there @tfrantz2 and welcome to the forum! What level are you playing on? Usually you need to match candies so that new ones appear near the valves (where new candies drop in) eventually the bottles will spawn there. If you can tell us your specific level we can probably find a video showcasing this as well!

So I would like to clarify something in this section of the forum. While the section is a great tool for players to communicate to the studio to make their wishes known, posting in this section does not guarantee a change in the game. Hi there! For those who are reporting that it's not possible to open the door - the game studio is aware of this issue and is now working on a fix that will hopefully be out later this month. Thank you to those who reported it, as it helped us in finding the cause of the issue!

I got a response now @Amoonmoon! For the first level you posted, some levels do not have Sheep Roundup for now. The booster is very new so it is being tested first, otherwise it may make some levels a bit too easy. :D So it won't be on all levels with sheep! For this one, the booster is not shown as active until you removeβ¦
