Hey there @nancyb099, that sounds like potentially a bug! It should be open and you should be able to play other levels by going through it. Could you let me know which Player ID you have with this problem so I can check it with the studio?

To get the fix, simply restart your app. Make sure that you're also on the latest version of the game as well. Remember, internet connection speeds vary, so you might need to stay in the main menu for a moment…
