Hi there @GG002 and welcome to the forum! When you say New Games, could you specify it a bit more? Do you mean new events in the game perhaps? Also it's great to know if you're talking about Candy Crush Soda, or if it's any of the other games made by King!

Hi there @susieq1166 it depends a bit on what type of device you have, but if you press on the picture you will go to a page with only the image. There if you "hold press" on the picture you should get some type of pop-up saying that you can save it. Then... changing the picture on your phone and tablet is different…

Hmm that's odd! Perhaps there are more updates to be made for the game? If you're on iOS check the App Store, or if you're on Android check the Google Play app to see if there are more updates. Other than that I'd try restarting the device, and logging out then back in again within the game.
