Hi there, The features in the game can look very different as a lot of things are being tested in Soda. This may be a bit confusing but don't worry the game is not broken, sometimes you will have features that others don't have as well. We appreciate you letting us know though as we can take this feedback to our developers.

So sorry to hear that @Ibnana! 😭 As @teeweiping mentioned it's not recommended to uninstall and reinstall the app as the boosters are not saved. Where was that mentioned? In terms of in-game progress we should be able to help you though. Have you tried going back to Facebook and seeing if you still have everything there?
