Hi @tootsie1984 I assume your app is up to date (or you'd not be getting Petopia) so may be check your device. I don't actually know anything about Kindle Fire, but is there anything on it that may need updating? I do know that with older devices will not cope with this event and that other players using Kindle Fire haveβ¦

@Julie_Andrews Petopia is not working properly in the computer version of the game, it does not save the things specific to the Spring game π @Pitty_Kitty let me know if the Win 10 version is broken also? It may seem ok, until you leave the game and come back to find it has not been saved!

@lisamo Don't worry, all you need to do is log in again and your progress will come back. If you've already tried logging in, play a level. Sometimes it reconnects at the end of the level (when the game is automatically saved) otherwise, look here: Lost progress?

I hope they do finally fix the computer version of the game. I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to add Petopia to the computer game, when it's usually mobile only π
