The top 2 players would need to have used tokens. If they did, the scores are reasonable - even not very fast. I notice your screen doesn't even show tokens. Is that because you used them up in previous rounds?

Oh wow, another thought that occurred to me - is it possible this is a variant of what they do for the episode races? Same thing - pause the person who would win long enough to give sufficient time for a person who plays hard enough to always win, then resume them if the actual player takes too long?
