There should be an update in the Apple app store now. Other players have reported that they can play the new levels up to 270.

You need to send requests to your friends at the roadblock. When they send them back you will find them in your envelope. The iOS app hasn't been updated to include the new levels yet. Hopefully they will be added soon. For now you have to play on Facebook, King dot com, or Android.

I never had this problem myself but I know some players in our group had it. They resolved it by playing in full screen mode as a temporary fix.

Your gold bar total is on the server side and not your device. So as long as you sync your new device your level progress and gold bars will be the same.
