Sick and tired of being ripped off and totally ignored. It is just straight out rudeness @QueenB Again the incompetence of the Games Studio comes to the fore. Level 15799 is another "Oops" level. Lost a full Candy necklace again. To me, this is just blatant theft as the glitch has been highlighted by me and others a numberβ¦

I have qualified @PummyRaj, but these tournaments are useless for those at the top level. The design of the game to award bonus points for beating new levels is unfair as we have limited opportunities (usually 45 levels) and only once per week.

I was not going to post here anymore as you never even get the courtesy of a reply, let alone problems being fixed. However @QueenB, I must again bitterly complain at the total incompetence of the Design Studio in not, as promised months and months ago, fixing the "Oops" factor that intermittently shows up in the game.β¦

Happened again, this morning @Boybinary. Candy Necklace returned after playing 1 level this time. Came back after 4 levels yesterday. They can't even get consistency in their glitches π π

This is totally unacceptable @QueenB, @PummyRaj and I would appreciate at least the courtesy of an answer. Yesterday, I started the new levels and for the first level, my Candy Necklace was missing. It returned after completing the first level. Today, when I resumed playing my Candy Necklace was there, but disappearedβ¦

The Holiday Quests event is another example of top level players being shut out of competitions. Top Level players who are waiting for the new levels next Wednesday cannot play past the second level. Tell me how this is fair @QueenB @PummyRaj @Diamond_Lim ??? As this problem has been pointed out numerous times, it seems weβ¦

What joke this has become. Top Level players who are waiting for the new levels next Wednesday get the below rubbish @QueenB. 2 tasks can't be played and only a π€‘ would take the other option to get the ridiculous reward on offer.
