Have you checked for updates for both your devices and all installed apps? Restart the devices too. I just checked on mine and I have two lives in my envelope.
First, make sure you connected your game to either your Facebook or your Kingdom account. Then check for updates on your mobile, both for the OS as all your installed apps. Restart your mobile and try it again.
Hey Linda, You can open the game app and disconnect it from any Facebook and Kingdom account, or uninstall and reinstall the app and create a new Facebook or Kingdom account. That, if you want to reset your game to level one.
