Hello @stephanie2024, If you are no longer enjoying the game stop playing. Find another game that you can enjoy. We all know by now King is in the money making business they do not care about people enjoying the game they only want people spending money on the game especially if people have become addicted to it.

I am still getting it, it did stop for awhile but it has come back my last chocolate box on the 3rd choice were all collect different colours in new level witch I changed it until the last choice which was red candies, which took nearly a whole race to collect, I think it was 960 reds. 🙄

I got it in my game today as well. I am not tempted, I win sometimes but most of the time I get kicked out fast.🙄

Thank you @christinewupp and @Boybinary your screenshots helped me to find the library and fix the problem. I am glad there are people in this community that are so helpful. 😊

I went to the microsoft store, but i could see no option for the library to get updates, it only gave me options to download games. Maybe I am doing it wrong. Hi @QueenB, I have followed your instructions above, I cannot find any chat with us options. My game is still not working I don't know what else to do I am not great with computers so maybe I am not doing it right. Once I get this screen I have to close the game as it stays like that not moving or loading. Can you help.🤔

I am not sure It does not say, I skipped that option, It only says win levels with 3 stars, so it could mean old levels but I did not want to risk it.
