Yes I was connected ... Everything else worked. It was definitely A Glitch. Thanks. I have since reinstalled and everything fine. QueenMia is helping with the last details now. Im going to wait until I hear from QueenMia again before log back in and start back playing. Thanks alot ☺️

@QueenMia : FYI if it help Technical support team any. The Glitch happened immediately after I completed the Valentine level it sent me back to the main screen and I never got the 2nd quest. That is when I noticed the Glitch because my daily prizes and other stuff was missing. Thank again.

I copied the previous snap shot post. I sent to Jason. The top 23 Is what Im showing now after I reinstalled.... The bottom 29 was what I had before I uninstalled the original App. I have not played any levels since I reinstalled. Was waiting to hear back. Thanks again. 8717 00 3870 .ID 🤗🤗🤗

@QueenMia I can take another Picture if you need to see the missing Yetis. They were chopped off the screenshot a little bit. You can only see the bottom of them but I can resend.

@QueenMia I did log back in before I deleted it I had 29 costumes including the Valentine Costume & the Brown/Growling-Howling Yeti & Rainbow Yeti Disappeared I took a screen shot of the Difference after reloading. Thanks !

@Joseph45 Thank you again. FYI I have deleted and reinstalled. I am sending the screen shot of the last Three costumes I lost. ( I think scrolled up a little to far on the one that states 29 coatumes , my last brown Yeti is in the top right corner

I also lost my valentine costume and 2 otherother I logged in . Want to try to save them before I have to delete and reinstall. @QueenMia if I take a screenshot of my costumes before I reinstall, can those be added back to my costumes? (Please?)

Ok @Joseph45 : here's what I do know. I used an old phone of mines. I connected to my current phone hot spot. I installed Candy crush friends and clicked profile the same way and logged in. My game came up and I could see daily rewards again starting at day 1 ( ok that fine) I only lost 2 progression stages. My question is…

@Joseph45 yes I tried that at least 20 times. I'm going to clear cookies and cache again turn off my phone overnight and🙏. I will let you know tomorrow. I'm on the east coast U.S time zone. Thank for your time and insight !
