You do get a lot more gold for the 21 level version so a lot of players like the elite Candy Royale. It often pops up at weekends to replace the normal version. I agree that there are several similarities between Candy Crush and how slot machines or gambling apps work. They use the same psychological tricks.

Hello @Nonojojo and welcome to the community! Lives are saved directly onto your phone. So if you uninstall and reinstall the app you will start again with a blank envelope. If you load the app on a new device the envelope also starts empty. Is this what has happened?

Hello @IndigoMM Please check my reply to the answer you got from Colorbomb_Collector for my answer. I have the same issue in my game and it's definitely not something to do with your phone. The widget is just missing.

This is a known issue @Colorbomb_Collector which is affecting a lot of players on Android and on Apple devices, including myself. It is either deliberate or an issue that King need to fix.
