Same with me. Had about a 2 year hiatus and back for a couple of months but I am sure this has to be a bug and not a feature.

There is also no way of seeing how many you have collected so far. Don't see the update after the level. Do get the rewards though once hit 25 etc

When did your problem start? Bug is still there today so not just a one off for me.

I have since. I have cleared cache on the app as well... I'll see what it is like in 8 hours or how ever long the cooldown is now.

Only getting 5 drops per level since last update. No more will spawn after the 5th.
