I’m getting 5 lives only and my friends keep requesting as many as they can and they get more than me

I’m not buying any gold bars anymore🧐

I’m not getting any sales offer from candy crush and I’m not playing as often which has helped me save money from buying gold bars and using my free time reading books instead of playing candy crush.

i haven’t been receiving lives for more than a month and candy crush doesn’t even care about it.

I’ll do the same I won’t buy gold bars anymore just because.

They don’t know what to do anymore, I just got a notification saying that I can only receive 5 lives within a 24 hrs period. It’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful to keep changing rules, and conditions of the game.

The issue of not receiving lives has not been fixed and also, friends requests are apparently blocked because I’m not receiving any and I’m not able to get more friends approvals. I’m not trusting this game anymore because of the constant changes, crashes and everything seems is to get people to buy more lives, boosters,…

The customer service representatives’s responses after limiting the lives to 5 per day is just unhelpful and sarcastic to try to blame it on the customer and not the ones who set the “rule”.

I’m not getting more than 5 lives everyday. This such a tricky game.

Exactly the same problem with me and I have reported several times but nobody have fixed this. I actually was told they have nothing to do with this problem. I have noticed some people have reported the same problem regarding lives and not receiving them.
