  • This is an account level issue rather than a game/device issue, so uninstalling/reinstalling has no effect other than to lose you the bonuses you had already accrued.   • I'm on level 6275, so imagine how peeved I am right at this point. So frustrated. This is obviously an issue at their end but no one feels the need to update us all, or even contact us to find out more details. Very disappointing.
  • These are all symptoms of the server connection issue that has been described elsewhere on the support forum. You can try to access your in game profile to confirm. This has been an issue for me for the past 7 days across all my devices and King seems to be no closer to solving it. 
  • Is there any info on this being fixed. It is affecting two of my devices as well as the win 10 PC app. It's ridiculous that king haven't been able to locate the issue and fix. Is it only a few people affected? I reinstalled on one device and it made no difference.
  • Come on guys. This has been affecting me for nearly 1 whole week and you still haven't fixed it yet? How about an update to this thread to let us know what is going on. This is terrible...can't Save progress, can't collect bonuses, can't use my free spins, can't take part in fab five etc etc
