me too, contacted support & they said check on here… lost all my progress.. last time I saved my progress & logged out & in lost all boosters & bars…

Hi PummyRaj, yes I had 22 bars and to be honest I’m not that precious about boosters, I can start to build them up again. i am just glad the game is working as it should be now and thanks again for all your help.

Hi Both, whatever you have done seems to have stabilised my progress… many thanks… however you could have put me in a better place..been stuck on 3511 for 2 days & have no boosters…

That was another glitch, the bars seemed to change quantity from about 30 to 5 to say 20 when I was level shifting… if you look at the 2 screen shots I attached earlier on the thread Level 3201 had 5 bars…Level 3351 had 4… how can you use 1 Bar?.. now after the move by Candy I have 22? the boosters was when I tried to…

Hi, Yes it has put me on that level & completed it. I will keep an eye open for level jumping over the next few days ( it jumps forwards not back) and confirm if it has fixed my problem. shane I lost all my boosters / bars but that’s life I suppose..

Hi, Yes, that is exactly what is happening. It also is not counting any levels I win for the weekly prize nor tracking any progress on the Start Race when I join to try and complete a level. I cannot remember what level I was on, I think it was in the high 3,000’s and when I first reported an issue as I had gone back 100’s…

Nope… tried that… save game - message got games saved! close app down open again in an hour & in a different position close app in another hour in a different position always the start of a new level all delete & reinstall did was lose all my boosters & bars
