I contacted support again about this issue. Again they sent me information on logging in with Facebook even though I specified that I was using a king account. if someone can't help me get this working, I am going to have to uninstall it and leave an appropriate review on the Play Store.

The game still logs in with my email normally on my old phone, A Galaxy S4 with Android 6. I have attached a screenshot that shows my ID number on that version. Why is it not working anymore on my new phone?
I have installed the updated app and the connection problem remains. I have not been able to play the game for weeks and I hope someone can help me fix it.
The tech support team gave me trouble shooters for the Facebook login which I am not using. I followed the instructions for finding my user ID number and it is 0 (zero). I'm sure this is not correct but it may indicate something. Thanks.
I believe I contacted technical support through the website. I did write them back and let them know that I am using my king account and not Facebook but they have not replied since then. Thanks.
