Thanks all for your help, but I don't play on my phone, it's always been on my laptop..New laptop as well, so something else is going on with the game itself

I've been stuck on day one of the treat calendar for a month now, it's really hurting me trying to beat levels, it was suggested to delete cookies..That doesn't work. It's a glitch on the game part, not the player. I've been playing this for 7 years now, please fix it so I have a fair chance at beating levels. Thank you!!
