After connecting to king account on another device i tried to connect through my mobile and it finally connected . The problem was from the game itself

I got the email changed the password butvstill didn't work . I tried to download it on other phone and its connected so there is a problem from connecting with my phone what can i do

There were no updates. I turned off the phone but still the game was freezing and the daily gift screen is still there . I contacted support. No response yet

I uninstalled it because i had the daily gift screen all the time without receiving any of them the game was pausing . For a couple of days cant log to team
