Too Slow
It would really be nice if animations between games were optional or we could opt out, or better yet, speed up the animation. When I win or lose a game it takes “forever” to be told I won or lost and show me where I stand in each open contest. I just want to move on to the next game.

I thought where if it’s Christmas, Halloween, Easter the app should have it on. For example Christmas, the app should have like snow flakes on or something? Idk just an idea or when it’s our bdays the game could have like balloons etc?

Baking the cake
Please make baking the cake a little easier and not so many levels for each layer. I have tried and tried and have never been able to bake the whole cake. 10 levels to one layer is a little ridiculous.

I would recommend a chat line type service which gives you the opportunity to talk to a human agent. This would help in communicating the issue in a chronological way for bettter solving percentage and minimize members frustration and candy crush employees.
