I was on level 290 of Candy Crush Soda. I was on my Kindle the other night and downloaded it.

This was the first time I played it on my Kindle so it started it at the beginning, well little did I know that when I got on my computer the next day, it took me back to the beginning, I was horrified as it took me so long to get there.  You should be told that this would happen, I am getting no help from King com.  Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do.  I would appreciate any help I can get.  Thank you.

Just to confirm, when you logged into your Facebook account on your PC, the level was back at 0? I know that mobile progress can sometimes be lost, but I've never lost levels on Facebook. I'm guessing that you synchronized when you first downloaded the app? Try disconnecting and reconnecting again.

But is your progress saved on the PC version of the game on your Facebook?
