why do candy crush soda friends not show up to help with the next level?

I receive requests from friends on facebook for help on Candy Crush Soda but when I click on their request it takes me to the game but no requests are there. I would like to help my friends and have them help me but it seems to be broken. Also, it shows I have like 10 friends when so many others play. Even the people that have scores on each level do not show up as my friends when I make a request for assistance.   FIX IT PLEASE

    kind of not nice answer! New people to this forum may not know how to do that. Seems if you have answered it many times then you should maybe try fixing it more effectively
