When i am on the second screen and the first ice block broken is the bear one and none bottle is taken in this screen, i am returned to the first screen where there is no moves, so i lose a live. Also i used the hand freeze 3 times on this level and even the use of this was taken from the total, the play was not executed.

You gave to pop at least one soda bottle before you release the bear on the second screen. If you release it too early, it will take you to the first screen and you cannot pass the level.
