Lost progress after connecting to Facebook

Hello,

I connected Soda Saga on my wife's mobile phone to Facebook, in an attempt to backup her progress (around level 780). After doing this all progress was gone. I unconnected from Facebook again, but this didn't help. She never created a Kingdom account. Is there a way we can recover the lost progress?

I was on level 383-384 (not sure exactly) and I was prompted to save my progress by using Facebook. When I clicked on the link it reset my game to level 1 and can't get back to the old level.

Same thing happened to me!  I was trying to backup my account to transfer progress to a new phone and lost everything!

Same thing happened to me.I created a Facebook account in order to back up my progress, because I am about to change phones, and now everything is gone! I am back at level 1. I was around level 1183!Can you please help me?

Hello.

I’ve have the same issue. I connected to my Facebook and now I’m back on level one. 

I were on level 649 I think.
