Reinstalling didn't work

I'm so frustrated. I've passed levels with the gift boxes and they aren't opening. I've joined teams that green candies will help them win, and none of my green candies are counting. I've passed 3 gifts and none of them are opening. My stars aren't counting when I pass a level. Nothing is working. I've deleted and reinstalled my game and lost all my boosters and nothing changed. I'm well into the 800 levels and I'm about to just delete the app and stop playing all together.
