Not receiving free lives & candy

I'm not getting any of my free lives and candy for passing levels. The unlimited life box just sits there unopened and the time runs. I get to move to the next level, but thats it. Levels 918-928

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.

Try the steps shown on this thread:

Android: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-android 

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.

I'm not having problems sending & receiving help. I'm having problems with receiving my boosters and unlimited lives for passing certain levels. I've passed 4 levels where I'm to receive 2 hrs, 4hrs, 6hrs, etc of unlimited lives, plus boosters and the boxes are not opening for me to use.
