iOS 11 crashing

Before I downloaded iOS 11, the game (soda saga) worked fine.

Now, if I minimise the app for any reason (call, reply to a text, accidentally hit the home button), the game acts as though I’ve closed it and counts it as I’ve lost a life on whatever level I was playing. I’d just completed lvl 400 when I got a call and it’s making me play that witch of a level again.

You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below:

If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is the following: 

- Open the game app

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

As for the crashing issues, make sure you have the latest game app version and enough storage on the device to be able to handle the game.
