Falling back to bonus level over and over

I play every day since more than a year on my iPad. Over and over I fall back and have to start from bonus level 1, despite I have played every day. That should be done only if I miss to play one day. Please give me an answer and can I get bonuses I have missed. I should at least be on bonus level over 365.

Please check for updates for your iOS version on your iPad, and also check for updates for the Candy Crush Soda Saga app.

Please restart your iPad afterwards and try again.

If nothing changes, then please specify the model iPad you´re using, alongside the iOS version you have installed.
