Candy Crush soda wont open to most recent level

I’m at Level 1999 however when i open the app it always goes back to 1645. I have to manually scrow to the most recent passed level everytime i play. I tried shutting the app, logging out of FB, offloading and reinstalling the app on both my iphone and ipad,but still doesnt work.

Hi Elizabeth, 

I had a link to a post about the scrolling but I cannot find it grrr. What I did find was some possible help, I know you have already tried uninstalling it but did you clear the cache too? Try this :

- Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/clear-cache-iphone-3609079/ (super important)

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook so your progress can sync.

If that doesn't work, I am sure there was a glitch, but I really cannot find this post, but let me know and I will ask the moderator when she is back in the office next week
