@lovmy66 and @jatlog , this error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.
If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.
To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.
If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.

Hii welcome to d king community.This is a Facebook glitch that the studio and Facebook are aware of. We have to wait for Facebook to resolve this. Can any of you play through the Kingdom?

You can call this a Facebook problem all you want, but the game won’t log me in with the Apple ID option or my email/King account. And yes....I DO have a King account or I wouldn’t be posting here.

The best way to answer how to fix this problem is that when you connect to Facebook through the candy crush app, the candy crush app does not connect to the Facebook app but instead it connects to Facebook through whatever browser you are using, such as chrome or internet explorer. So, what you have to do is open the default browser and type in www.facebook.com and login to whatever account you want candy crush to connect to. After you login to Facebook that way, go to the candy crush app and try to login again. Candy crush should now be connecting to the correct facebook account. If that doesn't help immediately, you may have to clear your cache, restart your phone and try this process again. Hope this helps you and anyone else who are facing this problem. Take care.
