However,   there are padlocks across the screen of this level and I cannot access this to play.    I lost at least 2 hours of free playing time, plus all my bonuses.    I am current to updates on game, Facebook and my iPhone 6S.   So I uninstalled the game and re-installed it only to lose my daily bonus and I was up to 83 consecutive days.       No one from King has reponded to my email, so I'm looking for help before I quit playing altogether.

I see you emailed previously. Unfortunately they usually get deluged in emails so some take a while to get a reply.

Can you tell me which windows version you are playing on? There are more levels than 1105 so your game should be showing updates at least on your facebook. 

Have you tried playing and passing the level again to see if the next level unlocks? It might be that it didn't save properly last time.
