Lost 10 gold bars when I pressed button for 10 bars to continue but screen froze. Refund?

I wanted to continue playing game because I was close to finishing so I bought the extra 10 coins then screen froze. Waited a couple mins but nothing happened so had to reboot. When I got back on my nearly finished game was gone but so were my gold bars. Bars are hard to get this far along in the games. I’m at 1517. How can I get the 10 bars back? Or at least push me forward out of 1517 to next level and we’ll call it even. Jan Herod
