Game defaults to passed level, not receiving gifts/rewards

I am at level 1647, but every time I open the game, it opens at 1600 and I have to scroll forward to my current level. I've received no gifts for levels passed since 1600, and am no longer able to participate in the star competitions and other progress incentives. I have a Facebook and an Android account and have the same issue on both, so it doesn't appear to be an account sync issue. I've read other posts from King that say this issue was resolved in 2017, but it just recently started for me! What can I do to resolve this?

Hi ChelleBelle, please check it there are stars on level 1600.  Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level so you have tor replay it.  Replay 1600 and refresh the game and it should bring you to your current level.  

I haven't received gifts from those boxes in a very long time.  We have told them about this but it might not be a priority to fix at the moment.

Thanks for the recommendation! I did replay and pass but it hasn't moved on. I appreciate the suggestion though, and thanks for letting me know the gifts issue is a known bug!
