1639 Candy crush I only have 12 moves others have 31!

On candycrush level 1639 I have only 12 moves while others have 31 moves,it is impossible to solve this level in 12moves!!!!

    Hi Rosemarieposy, are you referring to CC Saga or CC Soda Saga?  You checked off the CC Soda Saga and that's where your message posted but usually it's CC Saga that has the change in moves.  So please update me and then I can help you further.

    I am having the same issue on level 1639 CC Saga, only 12 moves...
