CCSS I'm on 1176, Facebook shows 1. I have to scroll up to 1176. message shows we have a problem.

Hi Jim, I have the same problem with my game.  You have to replay level 1 and then refresh the game and it will go back to your progress.  However, I had to stop playing the game through Facebook because every day it opened again on level 1 and I got tired of playing the same level just to move up.  Maybe try to play the game through king.com and that will save your progress.

Tried that and it took me to level 2. King has a problem and needs to address it. Thanks for the advise.

Please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
