I lost my Inventory on switching phones on Candy Crush Soda - can I have them back!

I switched phones and used Facebook to save my progress, which happened, however my Inventory was not restored to my previous inventory levels.

I am missing the following, please restore onto my account:

3x Stripes

2x Wrapped Candy

33x Colour Bombs

29x Colour Flush

28x Fish

6x Gold bars

Don't know how many Lollipops and Switches I had!

I contact you on the Support Contact Us without a reply after a week!

Hi Minesh,

Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars. Hi Minesh!

Those boosters that are restored locally and weren't purchased are lost and we cannot restore them. As a gesture of goodwill we have sent some gold bars your way but please note that your boosters are stored locally and that you lose them if you change devices or reinstall the app.

I too had the exact same issue, i also contacted Support Contact Us about 3 or 4 days ago and of course no response.

Perhaps it's about time king figured out a way to back these up to FB as applying gold bars doesn't really solve the issue seeing as you can't use them to buy boosters.
