How do I get back the levels I lost?

This question is for my dad who got a new phone but didn't have any accounts to save his progress. I tried making a Facebook account for him where he completed the levels but it just deleted all his progress. He was on level 1975 on candy crush soda. If there's anyway I'll be able to get it back for him please let me know! Thanks!

Since he did not save in the past he will need to fill out the form linked at the bottom of this page under the section "Didn't save the game" to have it manually restored. There may be a delay due to the holidays but not to worry they will be able to help him.
