I am having the same issue. At first it was just my iPad. Now it also my iphone. Keeps saying no internet access. When I try to log in through FB on all king games it won’t let me.

I have also had the same issue with Soda crush. Candy crush is fine and I get booster wheels etc but Soda Crush has been broken for months with no boosters or internet connection. It won't let me login with Facebook or via email.

I can still play the game but it is becoming a drag.

I play on my IPAD mini and internet connection is perfect so no issue on my side. If I reinstall the game I will lose my progress and I can't remember now how many levels I will lose.

Can't understand why Candy is OK and Soda is not?

Surely the game should have updated if there was an update to load?

Do you get an error message when you try to connect to the Internet?

If so, what does is say, specifically?

Hi Lola Pop,

If I try to log in with Facebook or email it won't let me. Facebook and email login comes up with a red banner at the top saying "there was a connection error, please try again in a bit"

I have a King account via my email as I am on here but my progress is zero for soda saga and I am at level 768.

Candy Crush is fine and progress is saved and at level 2227 and has never been an issue.

I think if I delete the app and reinstall all will be lost.

Try updating your game, perhaps you were playing on an old version, or your game is not responding to progress. Try to log out and login again for the game. Errors in the game may occur due to experimenting with some features
