How do I get my boosters for clearing levels

I no longer receive my rewards from booster bot it shows me the rewards I should get when I clear levels but I don’t get them. This has been happening for a few days now. I tried updating the game but it didn’t help.

Hi @ruby75, are you referring to Candy Crush Saga's Build-a-Bot?  If so, then you posted this in the wrong community which is not a problem. This community is Candy Crush Soda Saga.  I will have the Community Manager move it over to CC Saga.   Where are you looking for these rewards? 

You have to clear a level on the first try to get this challenge going.  The reward will show up in the next level.  It is not saved with your accumulated boosters.  Every time you clear a new level on the first try your rewards will be increased.  If you miss clearing a level the challenge will start back again at the beginning.

Thanks Elsa. It is candy crush saga. Do you mean that they are automatically used in the next level and not stored? That’s not good if you have to stop playing after winning several levels in a row.

Yes they are automatically dropped on the board when you open the next level.  The only change that I have seen in the last couple of days is this.  If you have rewards still showing in Build-a-Bot and close the game and come back the next day.  It's starting you back again at the beginning.  It doesn't seem to continue from the previous day.  At least that is what I saw on my game today.  Not sure if this is in testing and I am getting the change ahead of other players.
