Constant Freezing

Why is this thing always freezing up? I can click on Play and that's it. It goes to the next screen but won't do anything when I click the level. This isn't the first time. And no it's not my phone. I have a Note9. You can't get much newer than that. If you do updates, you should probably make sure they don't create issues BEFORE launching the update. There appears to be no way to email an actual tech person which is making me a lot less likely to continue playing. And I'm not the only one. I have 3 versions of Candy Crush and I'm finding more and more issues especially in the last year. It's annoying that I keep having to lose my daily bonus progress because of YOUR programming errors! I play these to relax, not to get pissed off because they don't work the way they should.
If I continue to have issues, I will find something better to play. If I'm thinking this, I guarantee there are a few thousand more thinking this as well. Quit making adjustments that cause issues or you'll lose a lot of customers.

Hi @Slrh1, it might be a new glitch starting because I saw a message from a player who is having trouble connecting with an IOS device and now you are having a problem with an Android device.  They are going to ask you to try some troubleshooting first so I am going to give you a link and please follow the steps:

Please let me know if this works and in the meantime, I am going to keep my eyes open here during the weekend to see if anyone else reports this.
